This past weekend, I watched Alex Hormozi sell 3.5 million books in 72 hours. Not in theory — in real time. I tuned in expecting to catch a quick pitch and maybe grab a few takeaways. Instead, I sat front-row to one of the wildest displays of sales, framing, and execution I’ve ever seen. As the numbers climbed, all I could think was: this is the four-minute mile moment Layla talked about — the moment that proves what’s possible. Not just for them, but for the rest of us.
Watching that launch wasn’t just inspiring — it was instructive. The way Alex framed his offer, split the audience mid-stream, and positioned everything around value stacking gave me a whole new lens for my own book, The Hunter Head Game. I’m already integrating some of those strategies: creating better upsells, adding an AI component like Alex’s AQ AI, and building in value so deep that the bonuses alone are worth the price. This isn’t about copying — it’s about leveling up with intent.
Three things hit me hard: First, how Alex reframed the audience live, shifting from newbies to money-makers without losing the room. Second, his fearlessness in asking for big numbers — $6K, $24K, $18K — and stacking enough value to back it. And third, that final comment from Layla: “This is the four-minute mile.” Watching it all unfold reminded me that someone has to go first, so others can follow. It’s not impossible. It’s just not done — yet.
